IAGES Fellowship Course Registration Guidelines for Hosts

Greetings from the IAGES Secretariat!

To ensure a seamless registration process and maintain our standards of excellence, we have outlined the standard protocols and guidelines for all IAGES-initiated fellowship courses below:

  1. All courses must be initiated and conducted in full compliance with the instructions provided by the Secretariat.
  2. All data collection and registrations must be processed through the official IAGES Course Registration Portal. This is mandatory to ensure candidates are scrutinized according to eligibility criteria (e.g., active membership and postgraduate status). Only eligible candidates will be permitted to take the MCQ and Viva exams.
  3. To set up your course portal, please provide the following:

a. Complete course details and event dates.
b. Course tariff (Official brochure).
c. Preferred payment mode (Existing payment gateway or UPI QR code).

    4. Once we receive the details above, we will provide you with a unique registration link. Please use this link for all circulation. If you are working with third-party vendors, kindly share the registration link with them and coordinate the link circulation with them.

Administrative Access: We will provide you or recommended third-party vendors with administrative credentials to monitor candidate details in real-time.

     5. A comprehensive report of all registered candidates will be shared with you prior to the scheduled course date.

These protocols have been refined through our long-standing experience to prevent administrative confusion and ensure a smooth experience for both organizers and participants.
